I have taken several suits there to be cleaned, they seem to do a nice job w/drycleaning. Although very pricey! A couple months ago my husband took two new suits in to have alterations done. We took several shirts to the Widmer on Observatory for cleaning. When returned, the sleeves had shrank. Even more upsetting, everything had to be re-pressed. We will not be returning.

Widmers is owned by a Massachusetts company called Zoots. They are a drycleaning chain that advertises that they do not use the solvent Perc, but Widmers does use Perc - so they opted to keep the name and let the operations stay the same.
