We've been renting from them now for around 4 years. They are a bit of a pain to get a hold of some times and aren't the best at returning your phone calls. Once you do get a hold of them though they are great. I've been renting apartments and houses since I was 18 and Wichita Rental is by far one of the better landlords I've had. The ladies in the office are great and seem to really care....

Very dissatisfied, could not get in contact with them after giving them a deposit. No one returns phone calls.
