Went to get my foster child signed up for their program. I found their new receptionist at the front desk kind of rude. I think they have a problem with no shows for appts. So, she just assumes everyone will do that and treats them accordingly.
They have a "no yelling" rule. If your small child has a tantrum or cries they get overly upset. I don't think they like children there. Perhaps some training in allowing PARENTS to take care of their children instead of the staff INTERFERING where they don't belong would help. If you don't get into the face of a small upset child and try to make them do what you want they might not strike at you! It isn't abnormal, it's perfectly normal behavior for a small child when a stranger gets into their space when they are already having a melt down. They also have no patience for autistic children. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
