Whether you are stretching out on The Governors Lawn listening to live music and walking the Central Canal or River Promenade the White River State Park is a wonderful place for both you and your dog. Clean up stations are available throughout the park. The park Hours are Monday thru Thursday 9am-4pm and Friday thru Sunday 9am- 5pm.

There is so much to do in this area. The Indiana State Museum/IMAX is right there, Victory Field accross the street, the zoo is a mile down the road, the canal is awesome.
This state park is located right downtown Indianapolis. The zoo, Indiana State Museum, The Eitlejorg Museum, Victory Field, and downtown all adjacent to the park...plenty to do.
