I am surprised a company such as this is still in business. The office in Culver City has the worst customer care and most incompetent staff in any business sector that I've encoutered in the past. They can't perform a simple task as picking up trash on designated day of the week. When I called concerned about their performance, they were the most unprofessional bunch of people I've ever talked...
