People love this place, and I can only assume it's because they've never had good sea food. It does have a good location and cool atmosphere, but as far as I can tell most of the food just goes straight from the Cisco truck into the fryer.
Their shrimp remoulade salad is actually pretty decent.

The staff is wonderful. The oyster bar is great. The best shrimp ever. A must visit on the Mississippi coast.

The locals raved about this place saying if you really want to have local seafood while you're here - this is the place. The day before I was sorely disappointed with my shrimp scampi so I thought I'd try it again at this official seafood place. It is right on the beach, it is comfortable - no stuffiness, no tablecloths....

We came in as a large group, we waited for over 20 minutes at our table and ended up leaving after we were not waited on for ANYTHING no drinks or anything. Would not recommend this to anyone unless you feel like sitting in a restaurant for no reason....
