Going Downhill

I lived in this park for almost 9 years and sadly it has gone downhill while the lot rent has shot skyhigh. When I first moved in the lot rent with water was 106.00 ish now it runs over $200 easy, and honestly besides a new speed bump, its a much worse place to live now than then.
