I purchased my tires from wheel works, so when I got a flat I went back to them for repairs. I had a nail in my tire. I called wheel works on thursday to talk to them about the hole, if they could fix it, and if they had replacement tires in stock. They looked up my record said to come on in.

Howard Tire on Franklin Street just honored a 9-year old warranty on my tires I purchased through them in 1997. This saved me over $170 on a blown tire that was not fixable. I had purchased a Gold Tire Protection Plan and they honored it 9 years later. I was stunned!

I recomend these guys without any reservations.

After having my car for over three hours for a simple tire repair, I called them to find out where my car was. They told me that they called to let me know I needed a new tire, but didn't leave a message because they were "busy". They didn't have my tire in stock but suggested another brand. I have spoken to a tire expert and this is not a safe alternative. You should never mix the brands... more
