I was very unhappy with the way they handled my situation.
They were unprofessional, never returned phone calls, and it's still in limbo.
Truly a disappointment while trying to go through a local vendor.
Lesson learned.

Our service contract was a nightmare from day one as they did the servicing the first year, then neglected to go out for 18 months until we contacted them. Of course they didn't hesitate to send out the invoices for that time that had lapsed, however.
Also customer service is NOT there what so ever! They had an excuse for everything... their lapse in service, why the contract was sent and no service done, even blamed previous employee for writing the dated ""incorrectly""!

Bad company. They sell you a service contact then if you ever need anything done they charge you TWICE what the other compaines would do it for without a contact AND they did not even give me my 15% off. Bait and switchers. Don't trust…
Air Conditioning . Though we live in Binghamton, Wheaton's had no trouble installing a new furnace a few years ago ,along with the appropriate size house air conditioing system. They gave us a good price and both units were installed in a couple of days. Since then they check it annually to look for any problems and replace any parts or filters that need to be replaced
Really a top notch outfit. I reccomend them highly.
