I had made an appointment and I had to cancel it. I had paid up front for it at the time of diagnoses. I moved and was not able to keep my appointment. I had quite a lot of work done at this clinic. The dental problems I was most wanting to be taken care of was ignored because they wanted to continue cleaning over and over. I don't know if this is the way to make extra money or not but the staff is wonderful and so caring. I'm a big scaredy cat big time, but they really took care of me. Dr. Sugg is sweet (and his wife too).
