I cannot say enough about Dan and crew! I have had issues with my basement being damp, wet and stinky for years. When someone came to do the estimate, he was professional, honest, and positive. The crew was on time every single day. They were polite and they cleaned up after themselves. I have never seen anyone work as hard as these guys did. I am THRILLED with the end result. One day after the job was done, my basement is already less damp and stinky! Thank you so much! I will refer everyone that I know to these guys!
The estimation is supposed to be free but they will ask you for a 125 security deposit. Called the lady in the office and she said the deposit will be returned even if they are not hired for the work.
But on the date of appointment, a guy called and said if you end up not hiring them for the work, you will lose your deposit.
It is not about the deposit; it is about two totally different things were told by the company. very worried about credibility of them and the attitude is not very good.
A lot of companies out there do real free estimation.
Every spring my basement would take in a lot of water after the winter thaw. Last fall I had wet basement solutions install a new sump pump system and fix some foundation cracks. So far we have not had any issues with our basement taking in water since the repair. I would recommend them to anyone with a wet basement, or with foundation issues.
Web Basement Solutions is very professional and did a tremendous job on my basement. They ripped out and replaced the entire foundation. They were done so fast, I was surprised. They showed up on time and worked until the job was complete. They also have an emergency 24 hour service and stand by all of their products and services. Give them a call.
They promise a lifetime guarantee but they don't give you the paperwork to back it up. Kept adding on additional costs to complete the job after the initial quote. Workers we had were rude and unprofessional.
I hired them to fix a crack in my basement wall and replace my sump pump. Approx one week after they had done the work, a friend who was to paint the basement noticed the pump was not working.
