We have done business with Westside for approximately 10 years. This is a first class company and we have always received professional courteous service. We have also recommended this company to others who have been equally pleased. My wife and I highly recommend them.
We bought a lift chair for my mother who has chronic back pain from degenerative disc disease. within 3 days the chair failed to lift sufficently for her to get out. Westside was called and we were told we would have to pay the 10% restocking fee. The next day we called to have them pick up the chair-told by salesperson ""boss not in"" called back each day for the next 2 days same answer. Today the chair broke leaving my mother flat on her back , in the chair and in pain. My mother requested a full refund. We do not want the chair repaired because mom no longer feels safe in their chairs....
