This is the best service I've ever gotten at a bike store. Although they couldn't work on my moped (store policy), they loaned me tools and showed me how to do it myself. They even discounted the chain because they couldn't put it on themselves! Then, when I lost the chain and went for another one, the guy discounted the second one just so I wouldn't have to pay full price for losing the first one. They also have a good understanding of the products they sell (one guy even knew how often a lock compnay reimburses people). The entire staff has bent over backwards to keep me as a customer - they're extremely courteous and they even remember my name. Seriously, go out of your way to get to this shop.
