Where do I begin. This place has got to be one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever dealt with. The staff does not answer the phones when you need service to your apartment and they are unfriendly. My apartment was not clean when I moved in, we never received a walk through and some rooms never received heat during the winter. The maintenance staff never resolved many of our issues...

This is the perfect place to live if you want to be constantly bombarded by roaches. When you file complaints to the front office, their managers will roll their eyes and smirk in your faces without the faintest sign of pity for your situation. This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
