Ordered flowers to be delivered March 1, 2008 for a baby shower. Credit card charged February 21, 2008 for the March 1 delivery. Spoke with mother-to-be evening of March 1 and no flowers delivered. Phoned Westminster Flowers and Gifts on Monday, March 3 questioning the non delivery and after waiting a few moments was told "sorry" the order fell behind some others and was never placed. ... more

I had a dear friend away on travel for the first time in years, and these guys TOTALLY hooked her up with a FANTASTIC arrangement at a reasonable price. They accepted my order in the afternoon and were able to deliver it very soon thereafter. What's more, they were delivering to a hotel, where my friend had yet to check in, and they arranged to have the flowers automatically delivered to her... more
