Perfect location, close to EVERYTHING. Great experience, so convenient. Wish the rating system went higher to give this hotel an even higher score. Will tell everyone coming to San Diego that this is THE place to stay.

There were two staff in particular that were incredibly rude. As I checked out, the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed because she had to stop chatting with another staff member.
