Nice lobby but infrastructure lacking

Nice lobby. Check in easy. Clerk called to see how things were initially
But light bulbs broken in bathroom
Hot water gave out quickly.
Very soft bed Poor water pressure.
Restaurant Relish host indifferent

Great place to stay

This is a great hotel, centrally located, and many of the attractions are within reach! Great restaurants are located nearby, and you can shop at Nordstrom for gifts. The service is excellent and the rooms are comfy. The buffet breakfast is great.

completely and totally average hotel

while an average hotel, it's a below average westin.
this hotel needs to be revamped - and badly. it is dreary, tired, and needs some TLC. spotted, stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, dark hallways, old bathrooms, dinged up furniture....not to mention the lobby is stressful, crowded, and zero ambiance - like the lobby of a dingy convention center.
