Very dirty. Staff rude

Reservation was for room with two beds on website. When we got there the buildings were dirty and we were informed all rooms were bed and pull out sofa bed. Don't be fooled as I was by their pictures online. I was extremely disappointed in the facilities and the rude staff who thought a pullout sofa was fine.

Agree with the other poor reviews this was maybe once nice but now is worn out. Poor service, room was not ready when we arrived, no phone or internet, floors were filthy. It is dated in all respects. Won't be back there ever.
