After meeting with their estimator George we had confidence to utilized Western Van for several different service locally and a final move to Arizona. We were very impress with their professionalism and hard work. Overall everything went as planned and they pass with flying colors. I knew the guy that gave the quote. He told me I would get a friends and family discount. Than when the move didn't take as long as the quote said they went ahead and charged me the full rate. So don't buy into this places garbage they will lie and from what I know from others you shouldn't even let …

Requested a moving quote for a long-distance relocation and a representative paid us an in-home visit to make an assessment. Then never heard from him again, despite sending a follow-up e-mail asking to be forwarded the quote. Waste of everyone's time.
