Buyers beware! Western States Floring was a sub-contracted through Home Depot to install 400sf of tile in my condo for $4,000. Western States left my expensive tile outside which was stolen. I did recover the tile after 'someone' returned it to my local HD store. I paid to have the appliances removed from the unit. Steve D was very helpful, courteous, professional and did a terrific job.
The people I had service my air conditioner/heating unit, said everything was
in great shape. When Steve looked at it it was full of dirt, and mold that had
to have been there when the other service was done. He is great.

Very good service. The office staff stayed in contact will me to let me know when the service tech. would be on the way. Scott was prompt and efficient.(even gave me some info with a small wiring project I was doing) .
