Western Design Properties is the managing service of Jade Tree Garden Apartments and is a real pit hole. The manager Martha has taken a racially mixed apartment complex into one of near hispanic only. Not only that, but they don't like to hear your complaints about noisy neighbors (especially if they are hispanic). They are abusive and will ignore your requests for security and rule...
