Awful customer service, mean rude dentists, negligent billing
I waited 1hr15 mins in the waiting room until a clerk decided that she was going to ask what was taking so long. A supervisor then came in told me it was going to be another 30 to 45 mins before the surgeon could see me. When I asked the supervisor why they did not notify they were running behind schedule why no phone call was made to me to notify me she simply said, Sorry we did not do so....

Scheduled appointment to have extractions on a Saturday. Arrived, had xrays then informed no extracts performed on Saturdays. Rescheduled for the following Friday & that appointment was canceled the day of, 1 hour prior to appointment. Rescheduled again for the following day (Saturday) & informed Dentist WILL do extracts. Morning of appointment, 1 hour and a half before arrival, received call &...
