This review is about a month overdue. I have been meaning to write about my experience at Westcoast, but work has kept me busy. Anyway, I am compelled to write a positive review for this dealership because of the excellent customer service and great deal I received for my 2009 Lexus IS 250. I had done extensive research on the car, and prices I could find elsewhere, however Westcoast had the exact car I wanted, with a perfect carfax, listed at a reasonable price. They had a wonderful selection, and I actually found myself perusing other possibilities on the lot because they take a great deal of pride in the condition of the cars they sell.
My salesperson was Albert and he was super nice. Not the typical used car salesman everyone worries about meeting when they intend to buy. From the first chat on the phone he was considerate, respectful, knowledgable, and friendly. He was not annoyed when I set my offer on the table. He respected my research, did some additional research on his own, and helped me to get a great deal. I got the within the price range I sought after and his friendliness continued until well after I signed on the dotted line.
In addition, I had forgotten my checkbook at home and while I waited for it to be brought to me at the dealership, Sam, the general manager, actually brought me into the kitchen and fed me dinner. I was astonished at the service I was getting and I actually felt right at home. I am telling you, these people are so easy to deal with and your business will feel appreciated. Sam even gave me a tour of their awesome on sight service department where they specialize in luxury cars. The service department offers great prices and I got to meet Ken, the service manager, who was also very kind and offered up some great car tips.
All in all, I have to say, I am VERY pleased with my purchase at Westcoast. I am in love with my car and I get compliments on it daily. You will not be disappointed with how you are treated and will probably find your dream car at a great price. I am confident in recommending this dealership to other Yelpers and will definitely return to Westcoast when we plan to buy our next car. Thanks again to Albert, Sam, and everyone at Westcoast Auto Sales.

Wow,I don't know what to say besides. I love this place not only do they have highline luxury cars. But,they also have an Awesome loan manager Albert. He did everything he promosed and more. Not only once but twice, thats right this is my 2nd purchase.
