West wind apts has been one of the best apt complex.. Ive lived in!! The employees there are very knowledgeable and professional..speacially "pancho" he has fixed my heat and my a/c.. Very friendly neighbors. They have a great pool which is very clean at all times. Also a big basketball court great for my childrem to play in. And the most important thing. (security) well they have 2 securities...
First place i moved to upon coming to Virgina. Very nice apartments. Quiet, good neighbors, and staff. The only major problems that I had was the noise. You can hear every foot step, floor boards, conversations, you name it, you can hear it. Also, the ants.
