Took my Audi Q7 here because of bullet holes, they tell me 1 of the bullets hit my wiring harness and referred to State Farm the car need to be totaled all because they didn't know what the fuck...

I didn't enjoy my experience at West Loop Auto Body. I had a simple problem, my drivers side window was off track and needed a new regulator and also needed a new passenger side door handle(interior). They charged me $46.00 just to look at my car, and then told me after the fact, that they could't fixed it the same day,they had to order the part and that I would have to leave my car there until...
