Listen, this place will give you the serrvice that you can afford. Meaning if your budget is tight and the insurance won't pick up the cost, then let them know and they will give you some short cuts and cheaper options. Point blank, not many worthwhile body shops out there so be aware.

I registered on Yelp just to write this review. I've had horrible luck with cars over the past few years (3 accidents + 3 other major repairs on 3 different vehicles) so I've visited West Loop more than anyone should have to visit an Auto Repair shop. I drive a Toyota and my dealer Grossinger referred me to West Loop. I am very attached to my car and from the start the fine people at West Loop treated me great. They are really a reflection of good business. They worked well with my insurance and cleaned up my car nice for me. When I got it back they explained everything they did and told me about the warranty. I would go there again.

The staff is very honest and friendly here! This is one of the best autobody shops in the city.. Its convenient to get to and they do a thorough job.. their waiting room is really clean and comfortable unlike some other places where you feel gross just sitting there! They offer shuttling services too which is nice!
