Older Buildings But Location & Mgmt Great

These apartments give you a lot of space for a very reasonable price. Yes, these buildings are older (1960s) but the maintenance staff is great and management is responsive. Pet friendly and they do enforce owner courtesy so the lawn stays relatively clean. Great location for students. It's in the side of Mt Oread so you can walk to class (uphill walk) or take the bus since it's on the bus...

This is a great place to live. Large, spacious, clean apartments. The grounds are well-maintained and very pleasant. Peaceful and quiet place to live.
