This is the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. I bought a jeep not even 2 months ago and I have had to bring it back 5 times now for different issues and 2 of the times was because "brand new parts" they put in have gone bad. I was pushed through this sale and now I know why they wanted to get rid of this pos... They don't care about the customers all they care about is their...

They don't return phones calls after they have made the sale. Really poor customer service here. Still waiting for Andrea to call me back from three weeks ago. Managers don't return calls either. Still waiting for the manager I spoke to a week ago, (Dellio) to call back.

West herr first of all has to REPLACE MY ENGINE on a car that is a year and a half old and now they have had my vehicle for over a month "fixing the problem" and they have not called me about my car but they also doesn't return any of my phone calls.
