Dr Whitlow and his staff were great! Very helpful. I feel like I got a complete eye exam best I've had! Myself and my whole family will continue to use them. Will recommend to friends!

Was being fitted for contacts for and was having issues with one of them not being correct vision. Waited 6 weeks to see if they would work out and then called back to see if he could adjust. Was told that I would have to pay full visitation price again. Insurance only allows for one prescription per year. This was my first time trying contacts. Will not go back again to this Dr.
