Great Service
I took my 2005 Hyundai Elantra in yesterday for its 30,000 mile service. Their price was $50-$150 less than the dealer quotes in the San Diego County area. The best thing I liked was that they called me when the found a problem with my brakes to obtain my permission to proceed with the work. They did the work using factory oem parts which is very important if you want your Hyundai warranty to be honored. They also have a shuttle service so I wasn't stuck there while waiting for the car to be worked on. I would thoroughly recommend West Escondido Automotive and Transmission to anyone seeking an honest and above-board service and repair facility. I will be taking my car to them for all future maintenance work.
Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I would not dream of taking my car anywhere else. I go in for a service and they explain to me what needs to be done, what could be done, and what HAS to be done. I have the choice to decide what is worked on and it is never extra or anything that does not need repaired.
These guys go out of their way to help you get back into your car Quick! They have a customer shuttle that will take you where you need to go and pick you up when you need to get back to get your car and if you need a tow in, call them, they will set it up for you and get you taken care of. Service like this is a rare commodity.
If you are looking for the BEST automotive facility in San Diego, Look NO further. This place is the best!

West Escondio Automotive Ripp-Off Repair Shop
I spent over $5,000.00 and got nothing but a problem. I was told nothing but lies why my car wasen't ready and lies as to why my car was failing. I have took my car 5 times to the repair shop with nothing but problems when given back. The Staffing sucks, the owner loves to have Chewing Tabacoo in his mouth while helping you, just flat out rude! The Shop has outrageous prices on parts the service was a horrible experience, if you don't know anybody there expect to be taken advantage of. I've filed a complaint with the B.A.R. and the Shop blew them off with solution, and Now I'm at the Arbriation Stage with the BBB, in San Diego,Ca. with no luck ahead. Next will be the Courthouse in San Marcus,Ca. This shop is Ripp-Off and I'm warning those whom car about there car and want exactly what they pay for, not a problem
