Eclectic tapas cuisine tending to the American palette. We did shrimp ceviche (Peru influence), lamb chops bordered by a cauliflower puree, and (best of all) a perfectly cooked duck breast in a cherry mole. If our meal was representative, Americanco tapas are suitable for almost all foodies we know.
