I want to personally thank West Coast Realty in California City and Tehachapi. I just received my keys on my first home purchase and it was a pleasant experience. I was expecting things to be much more difficult from stories I've heard from friends who have recently purchased homes. I am loving my new home in Tehachapi! My brother moved to the area and unfortunately not able to buy a home...

This company is the worst company to deal with
specialy phoung she has a real bad attitude
they lost my keys to my property and could not
rent my units out for 4 months so i had to fire them
there good for nothing.and they never return
calls so dont hire them unless you like bad service
i wish i could give them a - star.
