Bait and Switch - False Advertising

Called off of a sign offering a complete pool for under $25K. Was using a different company name and website other then their company name and there was no license number on sign to verify exactly who they were. Was confused as to who I was calling. Owner Terry Hale on the phone said that the price quoted was for the basics. I know from research that other companies are offering for far less. Tried to sell me more and insisted meeting in person. Entire conversation was just weird and I had a feeling not to pursue business with him. He has signs plastered all over our neighborhood falsely advertising assuming another companies identity. Not the type of company with bad morals and ethics that I would want to do business with.
