i chose them on account of all the good reviews. we had a furnace generator that needed to be cleaned, requiring access from a crawlspace. they missed their 1st service window, and didn't arrive until the end of the 2nd. the price seemed exorbitant, given all that was required was to clean a part. i asked the technician why it was so much, and he said that his supervisor had given him a price.... more

Where do I start? The first mistake I made was signing up for a home warranty with Total Protect Home Warranty through my mortgage company. One of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with! 2 for 2, reliable A/C repair company!

One of our 5 ton A/C units broke down about a month ago and we had West Coast Chief come out to fix it. It was a complicated repair but they know what they?re doing ? the unit was fixed in 2 days (required 3 trips). People at West Coast were also very understanding.
