The "person" who wrote the a previous review called 'The Cult' is EVIL.I am the only Karen at the Wesleyan Church of Monroe and my view of my church is completely opposite of what the previous "person" wrote. The Monroe Wesleyan Church is a friendly, caring church that brings the message of God's love to all man kind. That therei is a place for everyone in God's kingdom by accepting him as our Lord and Savior.

The Cult

I was raised in this church, but it seems they are turning into a cult. Maybe they have been a cult all along. I generally send my son with my parents, and only because they are forceful about him being a number in the church. There is no teachings of the Mother Mary being Jesus birth mother and how important she is to the culture christianity.Karen
