They are to lazy to make fresh food it get old this has happened more than once.
We sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes waiting for food. This is ridiculous. By the time we got our food and drinks the drinks were already melty from all the ice in them.
It is fast food, not fine dining, but better than McDonalds.
