Usually good place. Today though was something else. Numerous people waiting in lobby for order to be taken while employees worked with what they could. Maybe some new hires are in order!!

the manager there talks inappropriately to his employees... very disturbing on what I heard. Will not be coming back and Going to call Corporate. I think his name is Mike. What the young lady up...

Terrible staff, very rude. The staff doesn't even know their own menus or how to ring up items correctly... if this is your neighborhood Wendy's then I feel very bad for you because this location...

AVOID. SLOW. Wrong drink. Too much ice in drink. Wrong sandwich. Bored, unhappy help. Tried to go in to talk to manager. Lobby doors locked at 8 PM. Somewhere Dave Thomas is rolling over...
