I don't know what's wrong with the people there. I have been going there for years to order my chicken Apple salad I ask for extra pecans I cannot get them they forget to put the dressing in the bag half of the time you can never never ever get a receipt from them automatically without asking for it I don't understand what's going on and then on top of that you only get like 10 pieces of...

This is the worst Wendy's. There is no team work. If they mess up your order it's like ole well. Yo5ur word against mine is what the shift leader Sonya stated when we brought it to her attention....

So when I managed a Wendy's, we shut down the frosty machine at closing time. That way we were able to provide what we sold to customers. Apparently that practice has changed.
Ok had to come back and edit my post. Not only did they not have Frosty Dairy Desserts available (because they were cleaning the machine so they could get out faster instead of having a product for sale to the consumers...
