This is the one off exit 17 abingdon va. My bun was saturated with grease and the burgers were burnt to a crisp. Tasted like charcoal. This was not the first time this has happened at this store and the one that used to be at exit 19. I dont know if they are the same owners but we always have some kind of trouble. They either do not get the order correct or you cannot eat the food.

Very rude....disrespectful.....and like to ignore customers in drivethrough....also can't handle a customer's right to their own opinion without getting irate and yelling....but don't worry....it closes saturday!!!!! ???
