When I got them to answer my call they were very rude to me . Told me to go back to my hometown bank branch.

Now I'm worried I won't have anybody that will help me locally

I've never had any trouble at this branch - everyone has been friendly, courteous and very helpful.
Recently my social security number was compromised. I didn't even realize i'd been hacked...

Brought my 2 year old inside (had to make a payment on card) because she had to pee (potty training). They refused to allow her to use their bathroom! They said they don't have a public bathroom!...
