Lied to my face and said that I couldn't make changes to my existing account and would need to OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT. Went to another location and was able to make changes with no problem.

Re-opened my old account. They were helpful and friendly the entire time. I've never had a bad experience at a Wells in the past.
