Used one of their ATM's at a Vons supermarket a couple of months ago.I I requested $100 but did not receive any money. Spoke to one of the tellers who told me we would have to submit a report....

Worst bank ever, extremely rude, has fees for everything, steals your money, etc. Not a fan of this bank in general but this location is the fucking worst ever.

The bilingual Tagalog speaking teller is so nice and personable at this location! I always receive great service from all the tellers but that one is a true gem. I don't like the fees with Wells...

They are completely unorganized. It took over 40 minutes to cash a check that was from their very own bank.
