Jose was super helpful and helped me get my temporary card within 10 minutes and he was very friendly! Will frequent this bank more often with that kind of customer service! :D

This branch has amazing customer service. Each time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile. When I'm in Burbank I'll only go to this branch because of the service. I've tried other branches and they don't compare.
