Injured back while lifting heavy case into trunk of car in a parking lot after work. My employer's insurance carrier denied claim as pre-existing condition. My case manager at Wellness Group worked to get the case accepted without having to pay an attorney. Despite initial denial I received high quality health care while despute was being resolved. Thanks WG.
