Wouldn't recommend this location or any Wellmont health care system to anyone... I have had the worst luck with them. My insurance information was entered in incorrectly as was my billing address. This has caused so much trouble.... They are the biggest hassle, not to mention rude when having to deal with their own mistakes. I have never taken the time to write a review on anyone, but these...

Very disappointed in the care I was given. I well never go back to Wellmont. I wasn't even told what was wrong with me, Just given 2 shots, one which gave me a bruise the size of my fist. And then given prescription for antibiotics and sent home. This on top of waiting for 3 hrs.
