Wellington installed a window for us in. It leaked. They broke it trying to repair it and boarded it up. They ordered a replacement window which took 4 months to receive. It was defective and couldn't be installed. Most calls go?

Wellington installed a window for us in 2010. It leaked. They broke it trying to repair it and boarded it up. They ordered a replacement window which took 4 months to receive. It was defective and couldn't be installed. Most calls go to an answering machine. Neither the Des Plaines office or the corporate office calls back. We still are waiting for the replacement after 14 months. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
