I purchased a remnant 2 weeks ago and ordered it to be bound on the edges. It was suppose to be done in 3 days. I called for the 3rd time today to be able to pick it up and was told I have to wait another 3 days. I don't think I will do business there again and would not recommend them unless you have more time than money.
