What a great experience for an urgent care. We just moved to Powell and used this urgent care twice in the past two weeks. Both experiences could not have been better. I am used to waiting 2 hours...

I took my duughter in as she was having abdominal pain. After testing and x-rays, I was told everything looked normal and we needed to go to the ER for an ultrasound. After seven hours, testing and an ultrasound, everything was fine. Three days later, I received a call from the Urgent Care stating that her culture results were back and positive for a uti. Horrible doctor

I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor. While I was finally in the exam room the doctor and nurse were having personal conversations that I could hear in the hallway while I continued to wait. HE DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS ONCE WHILE HE WAS IN THE ROOM WITH ME. also left in the middle to take a 5 minute personal phone call. Doctor was rude and condescending. Discussed drugs that another...

Sometimes the wait is a little long but it's always clean and friendly. I burned my legs really bad and got treated here twice. Best urgent care in columbus. I drove out of my way for this one...
