My poor baby was just diagnosed with walking pneumonia and a double ear infection!!! He's so tough!!! Aaron Moses-Bergman please call him!!!! I am so glad to have some kind of diagnoses rather than being told it's a cold. Thank you Dr Clift. I'm bawling my eyes out at TVC just happy to be able to help him. He will be getting antibiotics.

Attempted to obtain help for a disabled friend today, one day ahead of their appointment. Explained that all that was needed was assistance unloading a walker out of the car when they arrived for appointment at TVC in the morning. Unable to lift the walker from car themself. Was told that someone would call the patient back. They did.
