I had an appointment from 1:00-2:00 pm. The company called me at 1:49 to tell me that they are running behind and could they come between 3-4pm. I left an event just to meet them at my house on time and they call me 10 before they're supposed to be here to let me know they are running a hour late. So I didn't get my home cleaned . Very disappointed
